Vision
Since 1937 BCF Group has grown through the dedicated work of its employees and the vision of its management. BCF Group’s officers oversee the daily happenings of the business and also provide vision for its future. They are continually striving to find better ways to care for our customers, our employees, and the companies we represent.

It is through their efforts that BCF Group has remained strong since 1937.

Brad Forney- President/Sales Associate
Brad started his professional life very early when he worked part-time for the Forney Agency while he was still attending college. Upon graduating from Millersville in 1987 with a degree in Business Administration, he started as a full time agent with The Forney Agency and eventually moved up to Vice President. Since The Forney Agency merged into the BCF Group, Brad has moved to President and also works as a Sales Associate. Beyond insurance, he enjoys fishing and spending time with his family—especially at the family cabin.

Justin Leaman - Vice President/Sales Associate
Justin's local roots run deep. He currently lives near Lampeter, but he grew up in Strasburg. In 1991 he graduated from Lancaster Mennonite High School and in 1995 he graduated from Millersville University with a Business Administration degree. He joined the agency full time in 1995 and currently works as a Vice President and Sales Associate. Justin knows the value of insurance and is dedicated to serving his clients’ insurance needs. To relax, he enjoys basketball, softball, football and spending time with his wife and children. He is also an active member in his church.

Josh Leaman- Vice President/Sales Associate
Having spent most of his life in Lancaster, Josh knows the needs of the people and businesses in this area. He works in Commercial Property and Casualty and Group Benefits. While still attending Millersville University for his Business Administration degree, Josh started selling personal insurance on a part-time basis with the Agency. After graduation, he started full time and eventually became a partner in 2000. He enjoys spending time with his family and working on the family farm.

J. Andrew Greiner CPCU, CIC- Secretary/Treasurer and Sales Associate
As a PSU football fan, Andrew's favorite colors are, of course, blue and white. But even PSU alumni have higher interests, which is why he enjoys spending time with his family and is also actively involved in his church, Grace Church. Andrew began in this industry as a Property Underwriter with Lititz Mutual Insurance Company. In 1986 he started as an agent/broker with George W. Bard & Son, and since 1998, he has worked for the BCF Group. Andrew graduated from Penn State in 1985 with a B.S. in Insurance; he earned his CPCU designation in 1988 and his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) title in 1993. When he isn't spending time with his family or cheering for the Nittany Lions, he tries to find time for bicycling.

J.Arne Forney- Partner Emeritus/Sales Associate
Even though he is a Partner Emeritus, Arne still stays on top of this industry by continuing to work as a Sales Associate. Since starting his insurance career in 1961, he has continued his education by getting his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation in 1978, his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 1988, and his Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) designation in 2004. Besides his interest in insurance, Arne has recently completed a 23-year term on the Ephrata Hospital Board and he is also active in the Lions Club International through the Akron Lions Club. When not busy with work, he makes time for reading, motorcycle touring, snowmobiling, and visiting Tioga County. He is actively involved in the Dove Christian Fellowship Church and loves spending quality time with his grandchildren.
